Responsible play
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Arkade games are short and competitive. They should stay fun. Here is how to keep it that way, and how we can help.
Good habits
- Play with money you can afford to lose. Never stake money meant for rent, bills or debts.
- Decide on a budget and a time limit before you start, and stop when you reach either.
- Don’t chase losses. A bad run is a reason for a break, not for bigger stakes.
- Don’t play when you are tired, upset or have been drinking. Skill games punish all three.
- Practice mode is always free. Use it to warm up and to learn a game before you stake.
Signs it is time to stop
- You spend more money or time than you planned, again and again.
- You borrow money or hide your playing from people close to you.
- Playing makes you anxious or irritable, or you can’t stop thinking about it.
Taking a break or closing your account
Write to support@arkadegames.xyz from the email of your account and tell us how long you want to be excluded: from one week to permanently. We block money play on your account for that time and pay out your withdrawable balance. A break can’t be shortened once it has started.
