Privacy Policy

What Arkade collects about you, why, who helps us process it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect

We don’t sell your data and don’t use it for advertising by other companies.
Cookies and local storage
- Session cookies keep you signed in. Without them the account can’t work.
- Source cookie (
ark_src, 30 days) remembers the link that first brought you to the site, so a sign-up can be attributed to it. - Local storage remembers small settings such as the light or dark theme.
We don’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase — accounts and the database (servers in the United Kingdom).
- Google Cloud — the game servers (servers in the European Union).
- Vercel — hosting of this website.
- Trybit — crypto payments: when you deposit, the payment page and the transfer are handled by Trybit.
- An email provider, to send you account and tournament emails.
Each of them processes data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
- Account and game data: while your account is open, and up to 12 months after it is closed.
- Money records (statement, deposits, withdrawals, money-match recordings): 5 years, because we may need them for audits, disputes and legal obligations.
- Contact messages: up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. We delete everything we are not obliged to keep; money records are kept for the period above. You can also object to how we use your data or ask us to restrict it. Write to support@arkadegames.xyz from the email of your account; we reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
Data is transferred over encrypted connections. Passwords are never stored in readable form. Access to player data inside Arkade is limited to the people who need it to run the service, and every manual money operation is logged.
Age
Arkade is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data of anyone under 18; if we learn about such an account, we close it.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes. Important changes are announced on the site or by email. See also the Terms of Service.
